Do you charge an extra fee for shipping?

 How much time do I need to wait for my order to be delivered?

We are super prompt with deliveries and strive to ship all orders as soon as possible after they are placed on our system. It takes approximately two days for us to ship the order. Once an order is shipped, we inform you of the same through email and also provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your product when you want until it is delivered. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere between 5-7 days for the order to be delivered.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a number of payment options. Customers can pay using Wallets or Visa/Mastercard.

Can I expect any discounts or deals when I buy from Ocean Wrap?

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you during or post-order delivery. We try to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, but human error is sometimes unavoidable. If you have received the wrong product, please get in touch with our support team, and we will rectify the mistake as soon as possible.

 I live outside the country. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do with nominal shipping charges. That said, you will be required to bear any customs duty that is applicable to your product.
